This role is considered hybrid, which means the Senior Marketing Strategy Manager will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
The Marketing Strategy team drives consumer demand and helps achieve our goals (revenue, attendance, occupancy, and guest experience) for the Disneyland Resort (2 Theme Parks, 3 Hotels, and Downtown Disney). The team achieves these goals by developing business and communication strategies and partnering with cross-discipline teams to create campaigns to guide consumer behavior. The team also oversees the management of the plans to ensure each campaign or program is maximized across multiple marketing tactics.
The Senior Marketing Strategy Manager will contribute to the development of priority marketing projects to achieve business goals and will quickly assess and implement new programs that create revenue. The Senior Marketing Strategy Manager will guide communication planning rooted in consumer insights, bring go-to-market innovation, activate unplanned revenue-driving programs, identify new market opportunities, and manage ongoing performance and optimization.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy.
