Hybrid - This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.

The Marketing Strategy team is responsible for driving consumer demand and helping achieve business objectives (revenue, attendance, occupancy, and guest experience) for the Disneyland Resort (2 Theme Parks, 3 Hotels, and Downtown Disney). The team achieves these goals by developing business and communication strategies and partnering with cross-discipline teams to create campaigns to drive consumer behavior. The team also oversees the management of the plans to ensure each campaign or program is maximized across a wide range of marketing tactics.

The Marketing Strategy Manager will contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans for cultural tentpoles, social and content campaigns that specifically target multicultural audiences and prioritize efforts around strategic growth audiences. Leveraging critical thinking and team leadership skills, the Marketing Strategy Manager will guide communication planning rooted in consumer insights, exhibit sound creative judgment and drive go-to-market innovation. Also, activate unplanned revenue-driving programs, identify new market opportunities, and manage the ongoing performance and optimization.
