OCG+ is a national public affairs and strategic communications firm built to provide customized social impact programs designed to remove barriers, build bridges, create solutions, and solve problems.

The ideal consultant will have 6+ years of proven account management and strategic communication experience in CSR, DEI, and/or social impact. The role will drive project deliverables and strategy. The position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values high-quality work.

  • Managing day-to-day account activities

  • Planning and executing DEI, CSR, issue management, and content development strategies

  • Represent the firm as a leader in the social impact marketplace

  • Support strategic planning and implementation of client initiatives

  • Becoming a trusted advisor to clients and teaming partners

    You will be suited for this position if you have:

  • A desire to do work that changes people’s lives

  • 6+ years of communications experience (DEI, CSR, issue management and content development)

  • Agency, consulting, and /or in house corporate experience

  • Creative, strategic thinker with an ability to lead, develop, manage, and hold team members accountable

  • Desire to work independently and take on a wide variety of roles in a small, fast-paced environment

  • Advance writing and verbal communication skills
