We're looking for an incredible employee communicator to join our Global Communications & Corporate Brand team.

As the Senior Manager, Employee Communications, you'll develop and lead employee communication campaigns that drive awareness and engagement in our People Team programs (think: benefits, goal setting, future of work, etc.). You'll also craft stories that showcase Expedia Group as a great place to work for current and prospective employees everywhere.

With your sharp critical thinking, outstanding writing and editing, impeccable planning, and polished relationship-building skills, you'll have the opportunity to influence employee knowledge, sentiment, and behavior.

What you will do:

  • Create, develop, and implement employee communication campaigns

  • Lead the creation of a storytelling strategy to share out what's great about working at Expedia Group with prospective and current employees

  • Develop content for our internal communication channels (think: newsletters, intranet articles, digital signage, etc.)

  • Work with other communicators around the world to make messaging locally as well as globally relevant

  • Use data and insights to make communications even more impactful

  • Develop relationships with key partners and leaders across the business

Who you are:

  • Outstanding partnership and interpersonal skills – including the ability to represent Expedia Group’s business to your peers and partners

  • Experience working with leaders and providing them with communication counsel and insights

  • A+ writing skills and presentation storytelling and technology chops

  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills, particularly with demonstrated experience in highly matrixed organizations a plus

  • You possess 7+ years employee/internal communications experience in a corporate or agency environment; travel and/or tech industry experience preferred

  • You bring 5+ years of experience working closely with executive or leadership roles, particularly in highly innovative, fast-paced environments, with a proven record of results

  • Exceptional writing, communications, and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organization and project management skills

  • Ability to synthesize data into logical conclusions and recommendations
