FleishmanHillard Texas has multiple openings for talented Senior Account Executives or Account Supervisors who are passionate about creating copy and writing content that changes minds and touches hearts. We are seeking individuals who have the mindset of a storyteller and the ability to express a narrative through digital-first content for clients across healthcare and consumer brands. Our new team members will sit at the intersection of earned, paid and owned programs to deliver content that supports integrated programs that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • On-brand copywriting and content development, including short-and-long form content that will live in digital and social channels
  • Participate in and contribute ideas to planning meetings and collaborate with clients, account managers, and other strategists to bring creative perspectives and recommendations to large-scale integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure that content is of the highest quality and that the client’s brand identity is consistently maintained across all work.
  • Interface with clients regularly and be adept at anticipating client needs
  • Work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment that can both be exhilarating and challenging.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience producing and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to tell stories with keen artistic sense and emotional appeal
  • Experience in editing and packaging content that tells a compelling story.
  • Familiar with the types of content that are effective in online and social media channels (blogs, Facebook, etc.).
  • Critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate will translate business and marketing objectives into creative and compelling copy.
  • Ability to absorb a high volume of information and be comfortable with providing quick counsel on editorial/response recommendations to clients.
  • Experience working in teams and being a true trusted team player.
  • An ability to juggle a wide variety of projects and work with demanding client expectations and deadlines.
  • Ability to show personality along with patience and a sense of humor.
