As a Vice President at MMC, you and your team of outstanding professionals are responsible for broad-reaching Corporate Brand programs. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive executive visibility, thought leadership and women’s empowerment across two pieces of business. Supporting integrated work and ambitious, fresh thinking, you’ll create something new for the client that will allow for true leadership in the healthcare industry. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Participate in the development of the Communications idea; support the development of creative and strategic plans for servicing clients and growing existing client business 
  • Lead well-integrated team in effectively managing programs and ensuring that all program objectives are understood and executed 
  • Counsel clients on strategic direction of program/account 
  • Drive annual plan development 
  • Lead program development and play a key role in client presentations and meetings 
  • Approve key client reports, appropriate correspondence, and press materials 
  • Drawing on the agency’s functional expertise, put the right experts in front of the client at the right time 
  • Collaborate in the development of billing schedules and work with CFO to ensure schedules are met 
  • Manage account budget and conduct client budget conversations 
  • Assign team target hours for billability and profitability 


Key Requirements 

  • 8 years’ experience with a minimum of 5 years in Corporate Brand communications 
  • Experience in Executive Visibility and Thought Leadership 
  • 3-4 years’ supervisory experience 
  • Proven track record in client service, strategy development and execution, creativity, new business pitches/presentations 
  • Ability to plan strategically and devise work plans 
  • Ability to generate revenue producing initiatives, new business and organic growth 
  • Demonstrate creativity and entrepreneurial drive 
  • Knowledge of budgeting 
  • Ability to lead and manage diverse work teams 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
