As a Account Supervisor at MMC, you and your team of outstanding colleagues are responsible for broad-reaching and diverse healthcare campaigns. In this role your experience with program delivery will drive integrated consumer health campaign development and execution in two therapeutic categories across a franchise of accounts for a global biopharmaceutical company. You are excited by product launches, have experience with FDA approvals and regulatory milestones having worked on both branded and unbranded campaigns. You will manage truly integrated programs that include surround sound efforts in earned and paid media, influencer and social/digital and celebrity involvement.  


  • Lead team members in effectively managing programs, ensuring that all program objectives are understood and executed 
  • Continually seek to evolve your knowledge of your specialty, client’s business and competitors, vertical industry, media landscape, and emerging trends in consumer behavior 
  • Attend and lead client meetings 
  • Counsel clients on strategic direction of program/account 
  • Edit and approve key client reports, correspondence, and press materials 
  • Support annual plan development and writing of programs 
  • Help determine brand strategies and offer creative guidance to accounts 
  • Partner with team to manage account budget and conduct client budget conversations for brand 
  • Manage team target hours for billability and profitability 
  • Lead teams to ensure success, efficiency, and profitability 
  • Responsible for managing and leading a high-performing team of junior staff 


  • 4+ years of account/brand management experience in a PR agency setting
  • 1+ years of supervisory/management experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performing team
  • Experience working with high-science pharmaceutical accounts as well as large consumer health/disease awareness campaigns
  • Familiarity with relevant FDA regulations and industry guidelines a must
  • Proven track record in client service, media strategy development & execution, creativity, and client presentations/pitches
  • Knowledge of communication industry's trends, resources, and diverse media
  • Ability to plan strategically and devise work plans
  • Budget management experience
  • Ability to work cross functionally on diverse work teams
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s in Communications, Journalism, Marketingor related field
