Role Mission

The Assistant Manager of Product Marketing is a cross-functional partner that helps develop and manage regional 360 strategy for key collection and product launches and Gucci Pins to ensure a greater sense of alignment and coordination. Reporting directly the Director of Product Marketing, the Assistant Manager, Product Marketing helps cascade the brand narrative to further connect and engage with clients in a more meaningful way.

Key Accountabilities
  • Help develop 360 strategy for key collection and product launches as well as Gucci Pins (global and regional);
  • Organize regional internal and cross-functional brainstorm sessions;
  • Build and maintain strategy documents including the overview and post-mortem presentations inclusive of tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and proactively searching for new ways to analyze/assess impact;
  • Disseminate all relevant materials to key cross-functional stakeholders at regional and global level;
  • Ensure all teams are on track and meeting proper deadlines;
  • Maintain and distribute core Product Marketing materials to ensure organizational alignment (Product Marketing Calendar, Product Push Plan, Product Marketing Dashboards;
  • Support in organizing meetings with cross-functional teams at regional and global level;
  • Provide status updates including key date changes to all teams when applicable;
  • Build and disseminate the weekly competitive report;
  • Command strong knowledge of external landscape to help inform strategy;
  • Contribute to all cross-functional presentations to help cascade regional Brand Engagement strategy (SDM, Town Halls, QBRs, etc.);
  • Maintain the monthly Brand Engagement GTG calendar to forge deeper connections with the Retail network.
Key Requirements
  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field;
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience within marketing;
  • Excellent written, visual and other communication skills with a proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
  • Capable to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and extremely detailed oriented;
  • A strategic and operational mindset with an emphasis on guaranteeing return on investment;
  • Excellent ability to communicate well among cross-functional teams;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • An ability to work under tight deadlines.
