As a member of the Digital & Multimedia Department, the Digital Campaign Services Coordinator directly supports the creation of robust digital programs in critical states. As we gear up for the critical 2022 elections, this role is responsible for working within a regional POD managed by a DLCC Regional Political Director (RPD) who will direct strategy. The Digital Director will supervise the Digital Campaign Services Coordinator in being a resource for our in-state partners about digital strategy, best practices, and to create and execute content.
The Digital Campaign Services Coordinator coordinates with the Regional Political Director assigned to lead their POD and reports to the Digital Director. Performance in meeting expected outcomes of the role will be assessed by the Digital Director with the contribution of the RPD leading the POD. This is a cycle position through December 31, 2022. The position is eligible to be permanently remote or for flexible work arrangements, splitting their time working at home and the office.
The DLCC is located in Washington, DC, and our office has taken on a hybrid model for staff effective January 2022.
The Digital Campaign Services Coordinator is expected to model the values of DLCC:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for in-state partners for all questions around digital, in consultation with the digital and political departments as needed.
- Own creative, strategy, and planning around digital fundraising and content programs for our in-state partners in collaboration with DLCC and in-state staff.
- Pull regular stats and reports on performance across channels to inform strategy and program.
- Draft copy for email, SMS, and social channels; be responsible for the execution and quality assurance of products that are deployed.
- Help grow state programs' base of supporters by contributing to testing plans and audience segmentation strategies to maximize engagement.
- Other duties as assigned, including some evening and weekend work.
- Improved fundraising and digital engagement for our in-state partners across DLCC-supported digital programs.
- DLCC-supported in-state digital programs reflect the DLCC's evolving knowledge of effective messaging, strategies, and tactics, as well as industry best practices.
- DLCC Political and Digital & Multimedia departments utilize effective, scalable, and cost-efficient tools to support in-state digital programs.
- DLCC Political and Digital & Multimedia departments are fully aligned on in-state digital goals and benchmarks.
- At least two years of digital experience on a campaign, committee, or mission-oriented organization.
- Excellent writing skills as well as strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A strong interest in data-driven marketing and communications.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in email fundraising and social media management.
- Experience working with CRM technology such as EveryAction or ActionNetwork.
- Basic HTML/CSS experience.
- Strong attention to consistency and detail.
- The ability to stay calm and act quickly in rapid response situations.

Salary for the Digital Campaign Services Coordinator is $56,500-$62,500 on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The DLCC offers a generous benefits package, including:
