Role Mission

The primary function of the Manager, Brand and Culture Engagement is to strategize and manage initiatives and activities related to culture engagement internally and externally. The role will support the Vice President, Brand & Culture Engagement in promoting, protecting, and advancing all aspects of Gucci’s company culture. The role will identify and develop ways to drive employee engagement and amplify Gucci Equilibrium and Changemakers strategies.

Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with VP to develop creative and innovative ways to fuel and empower communities and individuals that the company engages with through its outreach, programs, and initiatives;
  • Work with cross functional teams to mobilize people inside the company around all engagement activities;
  • Supervise administration of Changemakers initiatives and strategies working in partnership with social impact Agency;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key external/internal teams/stakeholders;
  • Manage department budget and operating expenses, including Travel & Entertainment expenses;
  • Manage donation process through Benevity platform and compliance approval forms;
  • Liaise with WW counterparts on Changemakers Volunteering and Equilibrium strategy;
  • Prepare presentations and strategy documents related to Changemakers Initiatives supporting the Vice President’s vision;
  • Co-lead regional Changemaker Committee driving implementation and local strategy around volunteering efforts around Gucci America.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 4-6 years’ experience in employee engagement or public relations;
  • Ability to translate ideas into clear, compelling messaging;
  • Strong verbal communications skills;
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups;
  • Alignment with Gucci’s core values;
  • Inherent team spirit to provide energy, drive, and enthusiasm;
  • Ability to forge meaningful relationships across multiple departments and functions;
