Nike Communications is seeking an HR Assistant to join the team. This role is ideal for someone looking to explore the full cycle of Human Resources, including talent recruitment support.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Full cycle recruitment support – screening candidates, scheduling interviews, updating meeting notes, scheduling skills tests and checking references
  • Support with the intern program – from initial recruitment to assisting with intern education
  • Onboarding – Partnering with the office manager to craft onboarding programs for all new hires
  • Offboarding – Scheduling exit interviews, assisting with employee questions and drafting exit documents
  • Review Process – Kick off the annual review process by alerting the supervisor and monitor to ensure all review deadlines are met
  • Employee engagement – Ideate and execute creative
  • Administrative Support – Provide miscellaneous administrative support to HR team as needed


  • Prior internship experience in HR is a must
