Assistant Program Manager
BRAG, a 501c 3 nonprofit dedicated to preparing and educating professionals, entrepreneurs, and students of color for leadership in the business of fashion
is seeking a highly self-motivated, innovative individual to actively support and drive our mission. 
The Assistant Program Manager will assist the Director of Operations with ongoing programmatic excellence including program evaluation, fundraising, communications, and administration. Additionally, they will be responsible for database updates and maintenance, correspondence with relevant internal and external partners and general day to day office duties.


Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment and development for internship and scholarship programs
  • Partner with Director of Operations to create and update timelines to achieve the strategic goals
  • Ensure effective content management systems for sponsorships, interns, and scholarships to track and evaluate the success of programming to report to Director
  • Assist in ongoing relationship engagement with BRAG board members, partner organizations, donors, committees, alumni, and volunteers
  • Attend select Board, Membership and Sponsor meetings as needed
  • Partner with Director and select Board Members to deepen and refine all aspects of communication inclusive of social media, web presence and external relations to create a stronger brand presence
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; passionate and persuasive communicator
  • Excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people
  • Unwavering commitment to quality programming and data driven program evaluation
