Overview
Who We Are
The Edmund S. Muskie Professional Fellowship Program’s mission is to equip the next generation of young professionals and current Fulbright Scholars from Eurasia with practical skills and a deeper understanding of the U.S. work culture to promote mutual understanding, implement positive changes, and make a long-lasting impact in their home countries and globally.
Our team works on preserving the legacy of the late Senator and Secretary of State Edmund S. Muskie. Through the support from the U.S. Department of State, the program provides emerging leaders of the Fulbright Program from Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia with the opportunity to gain real-world work experience complementing and enriching their graduate studies in the United States.

Founded in 1963, our international exchange non-profit organization has nurtured over 150,000 alumni working to build international connections in more than 130 countries around the world.
