MikeWorldWide is seeking an ACD creative team to help take the agency's creative output to the next level. You need to be conceptual, a little left of center, and be able to churn out breakthrough ideas at a quick pace. You need to be good in front of current and potential clients alike and be able to defend ideas without it feeling like a fight. You’re highly collaborative and excited about working at a mid-size agency where everyone likes to roll up their sleeves and work together to get the work done.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be a go-to creative team for brainstorms and ongoing client work, as well as help lead new business
  • Leverage insights across new and innovative channels to create campaigns that are in line with the selected audience.
  •  Possess the ability to use relevant stats and insights to ground platforms, themes, and ideas
  • Be comfortable doing everything from manifestos to big ideas.
  • Work on proactive, PR-worthy ideas for clients, in line with current events
  • Collaborate across the agency, embedding insight-rich storytelling into all projects and presentations
  • Have a firm grasp of current media channels as well as new and evolving ones
  • Be client-facing at pitches and client meetings, where you can take the lead on creative thinking
  • Bring fresh thinking and a collaborative spirit to teams when developing work

 

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in an advertising, public relations, or digital agency setting and have a working knowledge of earned media.
  • Experience working on integrated campaigns – from scripts/TV/content to social, experiential and influencer
  • Demonstrate an intimate understanding of how consumers interact with channels and technology
  • Energetic and collaborative with a great work ethic
  • ·Strong business, marketing & consumer understanding/interest in what moves popular culture
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (copywriter), Excellent design chops (art director)
  • Ability to work individually and in a team setting
  • Ability to remain organized, driven, and focused on multiple projects at a time
