Role Description:

ColorComm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to help lead strategic brand communications for entities of ColorComm, Inc. The Senior Manager will report to the Director of Communications, and will play a pivotal role in leveraging expertise in brand communications to deliver execute communications and PR campaigns and initiatives related to ColorComm, Inc. This person will lead and support across all marketing workstreams, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver programs against key priorities while seizing opportunities for the brand. This is a fast-paced, mid-senior level position. Creative, out-of-the box and strategic thinker who can turn business objectives into practical actions, lead complex projects, and work effectively in a matrixed environment.

Expected competencies include:

  • Work closely with the communications team to develop and manage communication strategies designed to further company objectives across all ColorComm platforms.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with the ColorComm community, third party advocates, media personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Research and produce high-quality written materials, including key messaging, narrative, press releases, Q&A, talking points, media, etc.
  • Oversee social media strategy including creating and publishing content, managing social media accounts, monitoring engagement, and anazlying social media metrics to improve performance and grow the brand’s online presence.
  • Assist in media relations efforts, communicating directly with reporters and securing media coverage in news, trade, consumer, and entertainment.
  • Participate in new business process including research, audits, and preparation of proposals.
  • Familiarity with thought leadership; Prepare and staff executive leadership interviews, meetings and speaking opportunities.

You Also Have:

  • B.A. degree in communications or related field required.
  • 4 –6 years of relevant experience in communications or public relations, including in-house or agency preferred.
  • Project management experience that enables projects to move quickly from start to finish and consistent delivery on commitments.
  • Strong researching skills and possess a keen interest in the marcomms industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborative as a team.

Salary Range: $70-90,000/year

Salary commensurate with experience.
