Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Partnership Manager located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Brand Partnership Manager is responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with supporting internal and external partnerships and internal company plans in daily activities. You will be responsible for identifying potential partners based on company goals, needs and partnerships that are already in place. You will collaborate with external partners to create new business opportunities within our current framework and identify new business opportunities where services we provide can be pitched. You will learn ColorComm’s processes/procedures, including but not limited to client engagement, external messaging, and stakeholder engagement. This is a fast-paced, mid-senior level position. You must be thoughtful, proactive, and always one step ahead of the assignment. Good interpersonal communications are a must and the ability to be thoughtful and go beyond the task in everyday assignments are key.

 

Expected competencies include:

  • The Brand Partnership Manager will work closely with the ColorComm HQ team to manage internal and external communications of all ColorComm events and initiatives.
  • Serve as the liaison between cross-functioning teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives that elevate and enhance partnership and sponsor opportunities and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Participate in new business process including research, audits, and preparation of proposals.
  • Update internal tracking systems accordingly to ensure cross-functioning team accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create invoices and ensure payment deadlines are communicated to internal team and external partners/sponsors.
  • Creating outreach and marketing plans and implementing them successfully towards achieving company objectives.
  • Assist team in developing and implementing new business strategies designed to bring new business opportunities and further company objectives.
  • This role will be responsible for building and maintaining new relationships with the ColorComm community, third party advocates, and partners/sponsors.
  • Research, outline, write, edit, and proofread materials necessary to adequately perform job functions.
  • Perform outreach to build strategic partnerships and grow company awareness.
  • Negotiating business opportunities, identifying sales opportunities, and determining areas of improvements.
  • Creating and maintaining processes to streamline businesses functions.
  • Enhance partner/sponsor value by developing and executing opportunities that leverage partner involvement.
  • Work with partners to activate partnership packages and serve as the liaison to lead sponsor events.
  • Provide administrative support for the team.
  • This role is a fast past position that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to be proactive and thoughtful in everyday assignments.

You Also Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college of university is required.
  • 4 – 6 years relevant experience interfacing with internal and external partners in corporate, non-profit, or agency with experience in a traditional communications role.
  • Experience presenting and articulating communications strategy, including campaign goals objectives, and how success is measured.
  • Strong researching skills and possess a keen interest in the communications, marketing, advertising, and media industry.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Ability to work in a collaborative and inclusive work style.

Salary Range: $70-100,000/year

Salary commensurate with experience.
